Auflage des bewährten Kommentars zum baden-württembergischen Feuerwehrgesetz kommentiert die durch die Änderung des Feuerwehrgesetzes vom 17.12.2015 neu eingeführten Vorschriften zur Sicherung des Personalbestands und Verbesserung der Wirtschaftlichkeit der Feuerwehr sowie die weiteren Neuregelungen zur Anpassung des Gesetzes an die Erfordernisse der Praxis. Bei dieser Gelegenheit wurde das Werk von dem erfahrenen Autorenteam insgesamt wieder auf den aktuellen Stand gebracht und die Rechtsprechung bis Juli 2016 eingearbeitet. Der Kommentar bietet den Feuerwehren sowie ihren Trägern und allen anderen mit dem Feuerwehrwesen befassten Stellen eine praxisnahe Hilfestellung bei allen Fragen rund um das Feuerwehrgesetz.

Delicious!

I’ve tried a lot of protein shakes and this one is hands down my favorite choice. It tastes like a delicious glass of chocolate milk, without being overly sweet the way some other protein drinks are, and the texture is perfect - neither chalky nor too thick. Some folks don’t like the sugar in the ingredients list but for me, 42g of protein in 230kcal is a godsend for meeting my daily macros. And it’s lactose free so zero issues with digestion. I use a little in my morning coffee as a coffee creamer and drink the rest with breakfast - a great and easy way to start my day with a good amount of protein.

Great Protein Source

Low calories, tastes awesome, good ingredients, convenient to throw in my backpack because it is resealable and doesn’t leak. Price is a bit high, however, the protein content is some of the highest I’ve seen.
I drink at least 2 of these a day and have a case pack set up for auto renew every 2 weeks.

With 42g protein, I was a tad concerned about taste, though the reviews were encouraging. Many say it is smooth and tastes like chocolate milk. For sure, it is smooth and tastes good, similar to chocolate milk, but there is a marked difference between its taste and that of chocolate milk. Has a little bit of an aftertaste. For me, it is much better than was expected and I'm thrilled with the 42g. I will absolutely have one daily and recommend it to others, along with this tip – drink it very cold.

Great Gum to Help with Health Journey
Flavor Name: Spearmint, Size: 55 Count (Pack of 1)
This PUR Spearmint gum gets five stars from me. The spearmint flavor is really good and refreshing, but the only downside is the flavor doesn’t last super long compared to regular gum. Still, I bought this more for the cleaner ingredients than anything else since it fits into my current health journey and I wanted something aspartame-free.
The gum has a little outer shell coating on it, but it’s still soft and easy to chew. It’s not hard or weirdly crunchy or anything like that. The family-size bag is also nice because it’s easy to throw in your car, backpack, or wherever without taking up a ton of space. Plus the resealable zipper bag helps keep it fresh.
If you’re trying to avoid a bunch of chemicals and want a cleaner chewing gum option, this is definitely worth trying. I’d buy it again.
