NYLON 6 (PA6) ist ein Polyamid und zeichnet sich durch seine hohe Festigkeit und Zähigkeit aus. Aufgrund seiner positiven Eigenschaften wird es häufig zur Fertigung mechanischer Bauteile verwendet. Der Kohlefaseranteil von 15% erhöht bei dieser Variante zusätzlich die Härte/Festigkeit des gedruckten Bauteiles und verringert ein ungewolltes "Warping" (Verziehen des Bauteiles).

Die Eigenschaften von NYLON (PA6 CF)
- hohe Zähigkeit sowie Festigkeit
- hohe Abriebfestigkeit
- hohe Layerhaftung
- hohe Wärmeformbeständigkeit bis 140°C
- achte beim Drucken mit NYLON auf eine gute Belüftung, da die entstehenden Dämpfe beim Drucken gesundheitsschädlich sind
- ein all Metal Heatbreak, besser noch ein hier im Shop erhältliches TITAN Heatbreak, wird empfohlen
Wie wird NYLON am besten gedruckt?
!PA6 CF15 sollte unbedingt vor dem Druck getrocknet werden, da es stark hygroskopisch ist!
- Ein geschlossener Bauraum (Gehäuse) wird empfohlen, ist jedoch nicht zwingend notwendig, da die Fasern im Filament dem Verzug stark entgegenwirken
- Durch die Kohlefaseranteile wird eine Düse aus verschleißfestem Material benötigt (PRIZZLE, gehärtete / RUBY / Edelstahl Düse)
- Die Bauteilkühlung sollte wenn möglich deaktiviert, maximal jedoch auf 30% für kleine, filigrane Bauteile eingestellt werden (Druckerabhängig)
- Druckbetthaftung: Die besten Ergebnisse erziehst Du mit der PRINPLATE PRO / EXTREME mit folgenden Einstellungen:
- Druckbett gelevelt mit einer 0,05mm Einstellfolie
- Höhe erster Layer = halber Düsendurchmesser
- Linienbreite erster Layer = 100%
- Druckgeschwindigkeit erster Layer = 15mm/s
- Druckbetttemperatur = 90°C dauerhaft
- Minimaler Düsendurchmesser = 0,4mm
Die Druckbetthaftung sowie der erste Layer sind für einen erfolgreichen Druck mit NYLON (PA) essenziell. Drucke den ersten Layer lieber etwas zu dicht am Druckbett (leicht "gequetscht") um das NYLON in die Poren der PRINPLATE zu drücken.

So affordable
I’m honestly so impressed with this hand lotion! From the first use, my hands felt instantly softer and deeply moisturized without any greasy residue. It absorbs quickly, which is perfect for busy days, and leaves my skin feeling smooth for hours.

If you have very dry skin that is thin you might consult your Doctor first.
This product is nice however I have thin skin and if ones skin is too thin It really had some property that actually made my dry skin slough off as it Soaked in. I would not recommend it if you are older and have thin skin or use a medication that might make your skin particularly thin. The first time I used it Ionly used one application, However the next time I put one coat on then because my skinn felt like it was too dry I applied another and as I rubbed it it seemed that my skin wad rubbing ogg and looked like when you wash mud off.

Great moisturing hand cream, especially those with calluses
I first tried this Hand Cream from my mother. Not only does it have a very pleasant soft smell, but it really does work well. I walk with canes so i build strong calluses on my hands. I am rough with my hands. they get dried out as well. This Hand Cream really did make my hands feel better after the first use. I took my time to and rubbed my hands together for a little while to make sure it was absorbed. Once it did, my hands felt good. I plan to purchse these again as soon as I run out.

One of my new favorite lotions.
I just discovered this lotion and I love it. It’s rich but not greasy and it soaks in very quickly. It doesn’t feel hexx as by but leaves your sad kin feeling very moisturized. I’ve even used it on my face when it was feeling very dry- works great. Wish it came in a larger tube but this size is great for my purse and travel or if I want to add a little something to a gift. I would highly recommend.
