Dieser Stiel ist speziell für die Verwendung mit ATLAS Schwanenhalsschaufeln (Artikelnummern 811052, 811053, 811062) und Spear & Jackson Schaufeln konzipiert. Hickory-Holz

Hickory ist ein robustes amerikanisches Holz, das für seine Langlebigkeit und Stärke bekannt ist, sogar stärker als Eschenholz. Hickory-Holz ist zäh, stoßfest und widerstandsfähig. Es durchläuft zwei Trocknungsprozesse: Zuerst werden die gesägten Bretter an der Luft getrocknet, danach folgt eine computergesteuerte Rücktrocknung in einer Klimakammer. So bleibt der Griff stabil und das Werkzeug fest verbunden.

Carnauba gewachst

Anschließend wird der ATLAS-Stiel mit pflanzlichem Carnauba gewachst. So kann das Holz atmen, nimmt kein Wasser oder Schmutz auf und behält seine natürliche Farbe. Das Wachsen verlängert die Lebensdauer des Griffs und sorgt für eine glatte Oberfläche, die Blasenbildung verhindert. Außerdem ist die Verwendung von pflanzlichem Wachs umweltfreundlicher als die Verwendung von Lack oder Paraffin.

Light commercial grade quality

This VERSARE hush screen portable divider appears to be well made and of light commercial grade quality. The lightweight aircraft aluminum frame and black fabric panel aren’t as heavy duty as the commercial grade steel panels of years past, but this panel certainly has adequate durability for home or office use. The sleek modern style is aesthetically pleasing, definitely appropriate for commercial applications, it doesn’t look cheap, or out of place. It’s freestanding and portable, with optional locking wheels, measuring 4’ wide X 6’ tall. The top panel is made of a clear fluted fiberglass, providing a window for natural light to filter through. I’m currently using it in my home office to partition of a separate workspace for my college student. It works very well for my purpose, I now have two relatively private workspaces in one office. It’s fairly easy to assemble, but the instructions could be more detailed and illustrative. One thing that I don’t like about it, is that the legs only slide in place, but they don’t bolt to the frame, allowing the legs to slide out of place when the panel is lifted up. The problem isn’t as magnified with the wheels installed, because the panel is then rolled, rather than lifted. It would be much easier to lift and move if the legs were bolted in place. But since I won’t be moving the divider very often, it’s not a deal breaker. Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality and look of this portable divider. At just under $555, it’s perhaps a tad bit overpriced, but still a reasonably good value. I recommend this VERSARE portable divider for home or office applications.
