Sie eignet sich für Kampfsport Training oder auch Functional Fitness und hilft dir schneller, stärker und explosiver zu werden.
Die Phantom Gewichtsweste ist entweder ohne Gewichte oder im Set mit Gewichten erhältlich. Diese werden als Stahlplatten in die Phantom Trainingsweste eingeschoben und liegen dabei so an deinem Körper an, dass sie deine Bewegungen so wenig wie möglich einschränken.

Hier könnt ihr die Gewichtsplatten für die Phantom Trainingsweste ohne Weste, oder auch im Set mit Weste kaufen.
