Rolle und Sémillon, die wegen ihrer geschmacklichen Sensibilität nacheinander geerntet werden, verbinden sich auf subtile Weise zu einem grosszügigen, delikaten Wein von schöner Intensität und natürlicher Frische.

Die Parzellen werden aufgrund ihres kontrollierten Ertrags ausgewählt. Die Trauben werden sehr früh in der Nacht geerntet, um ihre Frische, die Farbe ihres Safts zu bewahren und Oxidationserscheinungen zu vermeiden. Jede Rebsorte wird separat bei idealer Reife geerntet.

Eine leuchtende Farbe, eine lebhafte Nase von frischen Früchten (gelber Pfirsich, Ananas...), Zitrusfrüchten und weissen Blumen (Rucola), harmonisch und delikat, die im Mund einen Wein mit einer Mineralität und einer schönen Frische enthüllt. Der salzige, leicht bittere Abgang ist die Signatur dieses einzigartigen Terroirs.

Trauben: 70% Rolle, 30% Sémillon
Boden: Mischung aus Ton und Glimmerschiefer
