Aspikpulver ist zur Herstellung aller Fleischsülzen, Sülzkotelettes, Eisbein in Gelee, Corned Beef, Geleekonserven, Kochschinken, Dosengerichte usw. geeignet. Ebenso für alle Fischsülzen, Aal, Krabben und Hering in Gelee. Gelee-Süssspeisen, Obsttorten-Geleegüsse, Puddings, Cremespeisen aller Art, Weingelee, Fruchtgelee aus Säften, Obst in Gelee für Schlagcreme und zur Bindung von Speiseeis und Schlagsahne, all dies lässt sich hervorragend mit Aspikpulver herstellen. Geleespeisen erstarren schnell durch Einstellen in kaltem Wasserbad oder Eiswasser. "PIK-AS" wird im heissen Wasserbad wieder flüssig. 1 kg Pulver geliert bis zu 60 Liter Flüssigkeit. Zum Stürzen aus Metallformen kurz in warmes Wasser eintauchen.
