Damit der Lautsprecher in der OEM-Einbausituation perfekt funktioniert, müssen essenzielle Faktoren beachtet werden. Hierzu gehört die stabile und dichte Einbindung eines Adapterrings (FlexMount) sowie die akustische Abdichtung des Lautsprechers zum Innenraum.

Die Lautsprecherdichtringe CFR200 sind eigens an die HELIX COMPOSE Lautsprecherplattform angepasste Schaumstoffringe. Diese sind selbstklebend und werden nach der Lautsprechermontage auf dem FlexMount angebracht. Dank ihrer Höhe von 25 mm und ihrer außergewöhnlichen Flexibilität bei gleichzeitig starker Abdichtung passen sie sich perfekt an die im Anschluss montierte Türverkleidung an.
Dies garantiert, dass der Schall direkt in den Fahrzeuginnenraum zum Hörer geleitet wird.
Das Resultat: Maximaler Pegel am Hörplatz, keine akustischen Auslöschungen durch Undichtigkeiten innerhalb der Tür und weniger Störgeräusche durch die Türverkleidung.
