Das Weingut wurde in den 1980er Jahren von Romano Dal Forno gegründet, einem Schüler des großen Giuseppe Quintarelli, der selbst zu einer Legende des italienischen Weinbaus geworden ist. Das Weingut legt den Schwerpunkt auf ertragsarme Reben und baut auf 8 Hektar einheimische Trauben aus Venetien auf den Schwemmlandböden des Val D`Illasi an. Dieser Ansatz der "Qualität vor Quantität" ermöglicht eine sehr persönliche Note - Romano kümmert sich um die Bedürfnisse jeder einzelnen Pflanze in seinen Weinbergen. Der Valpolicella Superiore ist am Gaumen bemerkenswert ausgewogen und wandelt auf einem schmalen Grat zwischen Intensität und Trinkbarkeit. Er ist voller klassischer italienischer Noten von Tomatenblättern, Balsamico, Pflaumen, Erdbeeren und nassem Stein, mit einer würzigen Basis aus frisch gedrehter Erde und Leder. Mit seinen kräftigen, seidigen Tanninen und seiner pulsierenden, mittelkräftigen Säure ist er ein Rotwein zum Genießen. Thinks a fun little sniffy toy

My puppy seemed curious and didn’t mind playing with this sniffy toy. It’s large and well made and has plenty of title spots to hide stuff. I put kibble in it and my little puppy sniffed and googled a way. I guess this is great for keeping dogs busy and entertained. It’s a pretty cool little way to give dogs treats or snacks.

Good stuffies for my Goldie.

My dog is a heavy chewer so I don’t expect things to last long with him. But with that being said, he actually doesn’t go too hard on these stuffies and loves each and every one. Will they stand up to aggressive chewing? No they are stuffies. But for this price and for the quality, they are worth it for sure. Sometimes they don’t always squeak but I’m ok with that, because the constant squeaking can drive you crazy. I have a golden who can shove 3 of these in his big mouth but truly, one fits just fine. They are good sized for big dogs, it’s just that mine prefers to have his mouth stuffed like a chipmunk. He loves these stuffies and we will be ordering more for his endless toy box that I didn’t know I needed!
