I am using this with Nano-Hydroxyapatite toothpaste and so far my teeth feel really smooth. It says it helps rebuild the mineralization on your teeth and that is why they feel this way. I also find if I hold it in my mouth first without swishing right away, that seems to help. If it is helping my teeth and gums, then I can work through a little discomfort. I personally think its a good product backed by science.
