"Brilliant, pale yellow-gold with some depth, even colour throughout. The nose is welcoming, greeted with nuances of ripe stonefruit, custard, toasted almonds and subtle flint. Medium-bodied, stonefruit entwined with nashi pear crispness, along with delicate spice, toasted almonds and custard lingers with a hint of citrus zest. The mouthfeel is smooth-flowing with a sense of crunch and chalky mineral, poised in structure.
