Applications
SUNLU PA12-CF Black is ideal for functional prototypes and end-use parts that must withstand high mechanical stresses. Typical applications are found in the automotive industry, in the aerospace sector, with industrial tools, as well as for outdoor equipment. This filament also impresses with its stability in parts exposed to extreme temperatures or harsh environments.
Printing Instructions
For optimal results, a printing temperature of 260–280 °C and a print bed temperature of 60–70 °C are recommended. The ideal printing speed is between 60 and 100 mm/s. To improve adhesion, a suitable adhesive (e.g., PVA or Magigoo PA) can be used.
Since the filament contains carbon fibers, abrasion-resistant nozzles should be used to prevent premature wear.
Before printing, it is advisable to dry the filament at 80 °C for 12 hours or at 110 °C for 4 hours. Storing it in a dry environment preserves the quality long-term.
