Premier Natural Latex Quilt-Top Mattress & Box Springs by Royal Pedic Mattress

For those that prefer an ultra luxury mattress without coils, the Premier Natural Latex Quilt-Top Mattress is a fantastic choice featuring our ergonomically designed 7-Zone Talalay latex core surrounded by additional latex layers for extra cushioning. For even more plushness, top it off with the Premier Natural 2″ Pillowtop Pad and take the firmness rating to a 5, our softest level of firmness within our line.

At the core of the Premier Natural Latex Quilt-Top Mattress is our all natural 7-Zone Talalay latex core with extra layers of Talalay latex added for additional plushness, and encapsulated in our luxuriously soft jaquard fabric made with organic cotton, and quilted with chemical free French Wool to regulate body temperature for a dry sleeping environment.

The all natural Talalay Latex core is mold and dust mite resistant, and is Cradle to Cradle certified, so you can rest easy knowing that you are sleeping on a natural mattress without tons of toxins. While this mattress is great on a box spring, it is also amazing on a platform bed, and even on an adjustable bed, as its inherent flexibility contours with the bending of the adjustable bed base.

The Double Diamond Box Spring supports the mattress and provides an extra layer of suspension for increased comfort. The center-third of the box spring contains 50% more modules to add extra support where it’s needed the most. 5-Star hotel grade wide slatted wood frame provides greater durability. Even the box spring is wrapped and padded in fabric and layers made with organic cotton and all natural French wool.

Box Spring: 8″ standard, or 6″ low profile upon request

Features

  • Luxurious Covering Made with Organic Cotton: Luxurious fabric covering made with organic cotton ventilates body heat to sleep more comfortably. The fabric is woven on precision computerized looms to exacting and consistent specifications.
  • All Natural French Wool Wrap: Surrounding the inner layers of padding is a protective layer of French wool, which acts as an all natural fire barrier, as well as helping to ventilate body heat and maintain a dry sleeping environment. The French wool is washed in baking soda and water without any chemicals, and the sheep free graze on open plains and hillsides in France.
  • All Natural Talalay Latex Cushioning: In the pillowtop portions, a soft and thick layer of all natural Talalay latex is located under the wool quilting providing supreme comfort and pressure point relief, resulting in a “cloud like” feel. And internally, surrounding the innerspring unit are layers of firm latex for added support. Latex layers are made with the natural latex milk from sustainable rubber tree plantations. Latex is hypoallergenic, hygienic, anti-bacterial, and resistant to dust mites.
  • Border Quilted with All Natural French Wool: Quilted to the vertical sidewall of the mattress is our French wool stitched to the fabric made with organic cotton, and with vents allowing body heat to escape.
  • All Natural Talalay 7-Zone Latex Core: The 7-Zone design Talalay latex core was developed by a sleep doctor in Switzerland, and is made in the Netherlands providing more suppleness to shoulders and hips, while maintaining bouyancy for lower back support. The Latex is all natural and is Cradle to Cradle certified to insure it’s free of harmful chemicals.
  • Pin-Core Construction: In the Talalay process of manufacturing a latex mattress core, the milky white looking sap from the rubber tree gets poured into a specially crafted mould that has thousands of pins creating ventilation holes in the latex core for better breathability.
  • Symmetrically Designed: The upper half of the latex core is the same as the lower half, as well as the top surface is the same as the underside. So you can rotate the mattress head to foot or flip it over to be able to sleep on the other side, and you will always have the zones.
  • Hypoallergenic, Dust Mite Resistant: Latex is derived from the white milky liquid from sustainable rubber tree plantations. Latex is hypoallergenic, dust mite, mildew, and mold resistant.
  • Consistent Support Regardless of Room Temperature: Unlike memory foam, latex maintains its level of firmness and support regardless of room temperature. If the room is cool, memory foam can feel really hard until your body heat activates it to make it softer and more conforming. If the room is warm, memory foam can feel dough like, and the body can sink more into it making it hard to turn over on the mattress.
  • Two Sided Construction for Longevity:
    • Royal Pedic Mattress mattresses are built with an equal amount of materials on each side of the mattress, so you can turn the mattress over and sleep on the other side.
    • Double Sided mattresses can enhance longevity. Mattresses that are no-flip designs, are only built with padding on one side, so you can’t flip it over.
  • Double Diamond Box Spring: Royal Pedic Mattress’s Double Diamond Box Spring features 50% more modular supports in the center-third of the box spring unit where it’s needed most (over 60% of our body weight is located in our torso). The coil wire is our heavy duty 8 3/4 gauge as compared to 9 1/2 gauge as standard. Mounted on 5-Star hotel grade wide slat construction insures durability. Upholstered with the finest staple cotton padding, and heavy duty cotton fabric undercloth. Most box springs these days are foundations, which do not have give. Royal Pedic Mattress box springs have flexiblity providing an extra layer of suspension for enhanced overall comfort.

Not a bad start

3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.

Unraveling Fate and Fae: A Captivating Journey in "Queen of Roses"
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a dark fantasy romance that masterfully combines elements of myth, magic, and romance with a captivating King Arthur retelling infused with a Fae twist. From its intricately woven plot to its compelling characters, this novel delivers an immersive reading experience that will leave readers eagerly anticipating the next installment. At its core, "Queen of Roses" is an enchanting tale of forbidden love and destiny, featuring an exceptionally slow-burn romance that ignites with the intensity of an enemies-to-lovers trope. Against a backdrop of magic and mythical creatures, the story unfolds with tension, banter, and forced proximity, drawing readers into a world filled with love, friendships, self-discovery, and betrayal. While the novel excels in world-building, character development, and plot intricacies, some readers may yearn for a bit more fire and spice in certain aspects of the narrative. However, the promise of future developments in the series offers hope for an even more dynamic and engaging story to come. I know I personally cannot wait to get into book 2. With a cliffhanger ending that leaves hearts racing and minds reeling, "Queen of Roses" succeeds in immersing readers from start to finish. Its dark and twisted fantasy elements are expertly balanced with moments of adventure, action, and unexpected twists, keeping readers on the edge of their seats until the very last page. As the story delves into complex themes and explores the depths of its characters' struggles and desires, it's important to note that "Queen of Roses" may contain triggering content. Readers are advised to check the trigger warnings before diving into this captivating tale. Overall, "Queen of Roses" is a must-read for fans of dark fantasy romance, offering a mesmerizing journey that will leave readers eagerly anticipating the next chapter in the series. With its lush prose, intricate storytelling, and unforgettable characters, this novel is sure to leave a lasting impression on all who venture into its enchanted world. Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
