The Eagle CP60H Universal Section Benders offer unmatched features such as 400 position auto-repeat controls, LED readouts, limited lifetime frame warranties and more! Solid steel main frames, CNC machined & stress relieved are the heaviest in the industry, have a limited lifetime warranty, and eliminate troublesome castings.

Each CP60H has MPR-40 auto-repeat controls with 40-position memory for repetitious jobs and large, high-brightness LED readouts for precision bend positioning. Large, easy to use controls have industrial polycarbonate protective overlays. Our Powerful Pyramid Geometry combines superior bending capacity with simple operation and low maintenance.

The CP60H features a standard 18 component universal roll set, in hardened tool steel, which bends most standard profiles the day your machine arrives. Set-up for different profiles fast by simply sliding rollers onto the large 2.36 inch (60 mm) OD shafts and tighten the nut. Hardened honed shafts have large dual tapered roller bearings. Lower shafts are motorized with knurled rollers for traction. The idle top shaft uses smooth surfaced rollers.

The patented Z-Block Top Journal moves on 4 hardened guides with adjustable gibs for maximum rigidity and true-to-plane rolling. Heavy duty lateral material guides roll on quadruple bearings and are the easiest to use. Thrust adjustment studs have a large OD with knurling for easy adjustment by hand and ratchet hex receiver for adjustment under load.
