Each capsule contains: Choline (from Choline Bitartrate) 250mg, Inositol 250mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Vegetable Capsule (hypromellose, water), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
Suggested Usage and Storage
Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily with meals.

Do not take this supplement at the same time as supplemental calcium, zinc and/or iron as phytic acid (the form of inositol found in foods) mayinterfere with the absorption of minerals, especially calcium, zinc, and iron.
