Custom gift cards are made to order; all sales are final. The cards are full color on the front, with a white back and black font. If you would prefer a custom design on the back of the card, additional fees could apply; Please call Lavu for assistance with placing your order. The standard back allows up to 5 lines of plain text, encoded bar code and standard disclaimer. Our printing department is able to modify your logo, if needed.

Please send your artwork to [email protected]. Once the Lavu Fulfillment department receives your logo, they will be in contact with you regarding your gift card proofs. Production of your cards won't begin until a proof is approved. Once you have approved, production will begin. The production time options are as follows:

• Standard: 5-7 business days (after proof approved)
• Urgent: 1-3 business days (after proof approved)
