Return Information
Items uninstalled and in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. A 15% restocking is applied for all returned products. Please contact Woodcraft's Customer Service Department at 1-800-535-4482 for assistance with returns.
Warranty Information
Premier Copper Products warrants their products to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home. This does not include their copper lighting fixtures which are covered by a separate 1 year limited warranty. The original dated sales receipt is required for any warranty claims. Scratches, stains, and discoloring that can occur under normal use will not be covered under this limited lifetime warranty. This warranty does not cover: shipping cost, labor cost and/or damage incurred in installation, repair, or replacement, as well as any other kind of loss or damage. I have sensitive skin that is constantly getting irritated by moisturizers/seemingly simple skin care products. I read a few blogs/articles/reviews on different products others have tried for similar issues and this one came up, so I decided to give it a try. It’s nice and light and goes on smoothly. Skin feels moisturized and does not get irritated, so that’s a win! The only reason I took off 1 star is it leaves my skin a bit oily for my liking, but that could just be my skin.
