This course only includes a challenge assessment designed to assess your knowledge and skills required to demonstrate competence in providing delegated dysphagia support, mealtime assistance, positioning support, texture modified food and fluid preparation, monitoring, escalation and documentation according to Speech Pathologist delegation, organisational procedures, consent requirements, supervision requirements and scope of role.
