The Robot is a small, high-quality manual coffee maker that makes real espresso. It uses a few parts, no complicated electronics and only premium materials like stainless steel - IT IS COMPLETELY PLASTIC-FREE.
What do I need to be able to make coffee with the Robot?
All you need is ground coffee, some hot water from a kettle and you are all set.
The Robot has no boiler or heater inside, so you will have to manually fill it with hot water prior to brewing.
The whole process is simple and takes just a few minutes -- no need for any capsule machine and less plastic waste for the landfills.
What drinks can I make?
The Robot makes espresso shots only. You can then drink as straight espresso, add water to make an americano or even make milk drinks if you have a milk steamer.
You can use fresh ground coffee with the professional basket, or you can use pre-ground coffee using the pressurised basket.
Fresh ground coffee from a coffee grinder such as a hand grinder or an electric grinder. Blade grinders will not work. Fresh coffee is to be used with the professional filter basket.
Pre-ground supermarket coffee (e.g. the solid bricks) can be used with our pressurised double wall basket. Pre-ground coffee such as this only really works with the special pressurised basket.
It might take some time to practice, but the Robot gives you the tools to produce great espresso shots.
There are 2 versions, Regular and Barista.
They are essentially the same except that the Barista has a pressure gauge system which measures the actual pressure inside the basket during extraction.

Great filter and easy installation

For my 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited. I cannot believe I paid so much more for a brand-name filter that does the same thing as this one. It is made of the same material as the dealer one I took out. Very easy to install, cant believe I paid for this to be done in the past with oil changes. Requires no tools and did not get dirty at all. No mechanical skills needed, especially if you run into trouble and can use YouTube.

Fits perfect and works as designed. Flows like OEM and looks well made.

This filter is very comparable to the stock filter. Fits the BMW G20 just like OEM. I would not say it is two times "heavier" as advertised on the box, but it is very comparable to stock. It's the same weight and similar construction. BMW has a very robust cabin filter. This will be my go to. I did purchase another aftermarket cabin filter that fit well, but was thin, flimsy and had a bad chemical odor. This one is fine and airflow is the same as OEM. I change them every year or so. I don't worry too much about longevity with cabin filters personally.

Good quality but it was slightly longer than original and needed modification.

Bought this cabin filter for a 2023 Acura TLX. While the filter seems to be made of quality material, it was just a little too long (about a 1/16 of an inch, so I had to trim it to make it fit so the cover would fit snug. I was able to do that without compromising the filter itself. But this might be an issue for some people

Fits perfectly for my 2017 VW Passat

Bought this for a fraction of the cost. An auto shop wanted to charge me $72.99 for a filter so I bought this Spearhead brand cabin filter and its the perfect size and its just as sturdy as the previous one the dealership had in the car. Not sure yet how the airflow is or if anything different as I have not driven in the car since it was replaced, but it appears to be a very high quality cabin filter for my car at a great price.
