- The term Mwana Hiti loosely means "child made of wood", and refers to iconic figures that depict a highly stylized female torso. The figures are commonly referred to as "dolls" but they are anything but dolls as they play significant roles in the spiritual lives of a wide range of ethnic groups in Tanzania. They are almost exclusively used by female initiates during seclusion and coming out ceremonies. Smaller ones are often worn as amulets by women wishing to enhance their fertility. The figures are also found on thrones, stools and staffs of the region and often times represent ancestors and are depicted in pairs.

Bought the boy shorts size XL for postpartum and am still wearing them 8 months later! Holds all the postpartum goods in but are super stretchy too. Sooooo comfy! They do roll up when putting pants on but if you’re wearing them to bed or around the house, amazing!

NIce quality, comfortable fabric, dries quick, and retains color after multiple washings. However; the fit did not work 100% for me. The legs kind of rode up and the boy shorts had a tendency to ride down, especially with consistent bending up and down activity. Good product but not a perfect fit for my shape. The bikini style was ideal and purchased multiple times.

Very comfortable, right length

This product arrived as described. I like the trunk length, not the boxer brief length. They are comfortable. Hold up well when worn and washed. I don't seem to sweat as much. These were ordered to replace ones ordered about 2-3 years ago due loss of weight, had to down size. The waist band doesn't roll as like other brands.
