• Ingredient: Arborio Rice
• Cooking Instructions: 1 cup of Dolce Vita Superfino Arborio Rice, 4 cups of water or vegetable broth, 1 tbsp. of olive oil/butter, pinch of salt, 1 cup sliced mushroom, 1 chopped onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, fresh parsley for garnish. Preparation: Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Add Dolce Vita Arborio Rice and stir for 1 minute. Gradually pour in vegetable broth or wate, stir occasionally until absorbed. Add sliced mushroom and continue adding broth or water as needed, cook until rice is tender and creamy. Stir in grated parmesan cheese and let it melt into the risotto. Serve hot, garnish with fresh parsley.
