This unique workshop begins with a ceremonial cacao experience, where you'll enjoy a warm cup of ethically sourced ceremonial-grade cacao—a sacred plant medicine traditionally used to cultivate mindfulness, inner awareness, and emotional balance. Through intention-setting and guided reflection, cacao helps create a gentle space for self-discovery and connection.

Following the ceremony, you'll be guided into a restorative sound bath meditation. Relax comfortably as soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments wash over you, helping to calm the nervous system, release stress, and promote deep relaxation.

This experience offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired.

Janesa Velazquez is a devoted Cacao ceremonialist and Reiki practitioner, weaving ancient wisdom with modern healing practices to create transformative experiences. With a deep reverence for the sacred traditions of cacao, she guides you in heart-opening ceremonies that foster connection, and inner clarity. 

Jessica Taggart integrates crystal singing bowls and other instruments to harmonize mind, body, and spirit, creates a nurturing space for self-discovery, emotional release, and deep relaxation, empowering participants to reconnect with their inner truth and the greater rhythm of life.

Chair Seating — $55
Enjoy the full cacao ceremony and sound bath experience from a comfortable chair. Ideal for guests who prefer seated support or have difficulty sitting or lying on the floor while still receiving all the benefits of the meditation and sound healing session.
