I am a one woman show who suffers from CRPS which is the most painful form of chronic pain you can have. It does some time affect my memory, I am also human and mistakes do occur. If for any reason you have an issue with your band and are needing an exchange or replacement, return shipping is not provided. We do not offer refunds as all of our items are made to order.
