The Robin beanie by Sari Nordlund is knitted with two strands of yarn and the brim is folded twice for triple thickness around the ears bringing you extra warmth and coziness during the winter months. Combining a strand of silk-mohair knitted together with a fingering weight merino yarn makes the hat really soft and gives it a beautiful halo.

You can easily adjust the length of the hat to get the fit you want. The hat is knitted from top down, so you can try it on as you knit it to make sure the length is just perfect for your head. After the crown shaping the rest of the hat is just simple two by two ribbing. The Robin beanie is designed for everyday use, and it knits up surprisingly fast.
