Yes. Although Jigsaw Electrolyte Supreme contains 20mg of magnesium, it is not nearly enough to meet your daily requirements (too much magnesium in a powder form can cause diarrhea and stomach upset). Jigsaw Electrolyte Supreme was carefully formulated to provide balanced electrolytes to enhance hydration and add back the nutrients that plain water lacks that your body requires throughout the day.*

Suggested Use
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 packet in 8-16 oz. of water (to taste) and stir for 5 seconds once daily, or use as directed by your healthcare professional.
Lydia's Personal Notes on Use:
I use these packets in this way - 1 packet in my 32 ounce Hydroflask with about 28 ounces of water, 1/8 -1/4 tsp of good quality sea salt, 2 Tablespoons lemon juice and fill to the top with ice if desired. Shake well.
The packet instructions suggest using 1 packet in just 8-16 ounces of water but I find this too sweet and too much for my personal liking. It would be probably be good that way to replenish after a hard workout with a lot of perspiration.
