It converts one SD SDI signal to 2 identical HD SDI signals with frame sync processing. The module also provides an SDI loop interface for other applications. It supports AFD and manual ratio adjustment (bar stretch crop).
The Gra-Vue XIO9040UC 1 x 2 SD-SDI to HD-SDI Upconverter & Distribution Amplifier is a modular upconverter and distribution amplifier card designed to be used in either the XIO 1U or 3U Modular Platform Chassis (sold separately). It converts one SD-SDI signal to 2 identical HD-SDI signals with frame sync processing. The module also provides an SDI loop interface for other applications. It supports AFD and manual ratio adjustment (bar/stretch/crop). The advanced de-interlacing technology of this converter generates high-quality HD-SDI signals. It supports 625i 50 and 525i 60 formats and automatic detection of the input format.
The LED lights on the module indicate the status of the input signal and power supply to let you know the signal and power status immediately. The upconverter and distribution amplifier supports SNMP, and can be real-time managed and monitored by the XIO NET Network Management Module (sold separately) via Ethernet.
