Add 1-5 drops to a diffuser in child’s room, refresh every 2 hours as needed.
Add 1-2 drops to bedding or clothing.

Coughs

Add 1-3 drops to almond oil and apply to soles of feet or chest (6 months and up).

Immune system and allergies

Add 1-5 drops to 1/2 cup of milk and then add to bath water, repeat daily. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
