We culture our isopods in a warm, moist mixture of sphagnum moss, oak leaves and bark. They're raised on a diet of fresh vegetables, high protein fish flakes, and the rich organic substrate in which they are bred. Isopods are harvested, packaged and shipped the same day guaranteeing fresh and lively arrival.
Dwarf Purple Isopods (Trichoniscidae, sp) - Costa Rican
Dwarf Purple (or Costa Rican) Micropods are tiny (2 mm max), softer bodied crustaceans that serve as tank janitors Dwarf Purples are indigenous to South and Central America and exist in the US only as live feed stock for exotic pets and bio-active habitat cleaners and decomposers for insect breeders, amphibian and reptile enthusiasts, and tarantula keepers.
- Color: Purplish gray
- Size: 1-2 mm
- Locality: Found naturally in warm, moist, humid marshlands of south-central America
- Difficulty: Beginner
- Light: Dark, dim lighting with dark places to hide (i.e. under wood, leaves & soil)
- Temperature: 72-86 degrees Fahrenheit - low to mid-80's is best for breeding
- Humidity: 80-90%
- Behavior: Lively, hardy, crawling
- Culturing: Easy to culture. Keep rich organic substrate warm & moist. Feed fresh vegetables and high protein fish pellets

Loved this cleanser
I really love this cleanser. I use it every night to take off my sunscreen and my skin looks great. I enjoy that it doesn’t dry out the skin and it’s great for mascara. It’s very gentle as well and doesn’t sting your eyes. Will be buying again once I’m done.

Game changer
I use this cleanser with the other cleanser they have, the green one. It’s actually crazy how much it changed my skin routine. I didn’t change my products and only my cleansers and there was a huge improvement.
Using them both together feels very nice, there is literally a slight glow on my face after i’m done washing it.
The cleanser itself is an oil and helps get my makeup off well.
My face is usually oily but my t-zone can be a bit dry, these combined helped my face go back to a “normal” balance.
So happy with my purchase, definitely recommend.
