The crazy white grape variety is favoured in the range, even though it remains the most sensitive and delicate to produce. Its finesse and elegance will be sublimated by these production conditions. respectful.

Tasting Notes: Straw yellow colour. The nose is fruity (candied orange peel, dried apricot, prune, mango), spicy (fine spices, vanilla). There are also pastry flavours (honey, brioche, almond).
