Vitex agnes-castus has been traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support female reproductive hormones and relieve symptoms of both PMT and menopause.

- May reduce mood swings associated with PMS and maintains energy production.
- In traditional Western herbal medicine Vitex agnus-castus is used to relieve menstrual cycle irregularity,support healthy reproductive hormones and female reproductive system health, and relieve symptoms of both PMS and menopause.
- Melissa offcinalis is traditionally indicated in Western herbal medicine to support healthy mood balance, calm the nervous system and relieve symptoms of stress and mild anxiety.
Adult Dose
Take 1 capsule daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.

Warning
If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. If symptoms persist talk to your health professional. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]. Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones in the body and may interact with prescription medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health professional before use. Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
