The Performance Women's Hi-Rise cycle shorts are specially for Female Athletes. Develop with the female anatomy in mind, designed and cut specifically for women. The cycle shorts come with a specific higher waistband for reduced pressure around the abdomen for increased comfort and fit.

Champion System's women-specific chamois was designed to meet the needs of a woman. The four-way stretch material is seamless, resists chaffing, is antibacterial and is highly breathable. The combination of high-quality materials with a high-quality chamois make these cycle shorts an excellent choice for any ride.

We use 100% Italian chamois specifically designed by our partner, Dr Pad®. Thanks to their patented cutting technology, our chamois pads provide a smooth, highly breathable antibacterial, low irritation surface. On top of industry leading 4-Way stretch high density foam, the chamois are shaped precisely to the contours of the rider's anatomy avoiding the need for glues and multiple layers of fabric foam.

The Endurance+ chamois is designed to give specific support for cyclists, especially over longer distances and/or gravel and MTB riding. This chamois is rated up to 8hr distance. This chamois contains a number of channels on the surface that help to ventilate the skin when in contact with the pad, adding an extra layer of comfort.

Masterful, Hilarious, and Insightful
Format: Hardcover
The writing style reminded me at times of Michael Lewis ("The Big Short", "The New New Thing") in the way Jason Schreier captures the madness of gaming executives trying to succeed despite their bosses. The way the book describes various antics often had me chuckling or even laughing out loud: "As Pardo's responsibilities grew and his time became stretched between projects, he became known for what many of his subordinates called seagull management: He would swoop down, poop on ideas, and then fly away." It's full of insight about what makes a good game, or even a good remake of a game: "One tenet, adapted from legendary Civilization designer Sid Meier, was that one-third of the units should return from the old game, one-third should be modified versions, and one-third should be brand-new." This book is masterful. I found it impossible to put down: one of the very best books I've ever read about a games company, or any company for that matter. If you are in the games industry, you like reading about crazy businesses or you just like games, get it.
