Properties: Respiratory may also be helpful with conditions of low energy, shallow breathing, blocked diaphragm, depression and during the grieving process

Actions: Tonifies the Qi, strengthens the Lung and circulates Lung Qi

Dominant oils: Black spruce, Silver fir, Rosemary, Green myrtle, jojoba oil

Chinese medicine functions: Tonifies the Qi, strengthens the Lung, circulates Lung Qi, resolves phlegm, and relieves coughing and wheezing

For inhalation use directly from the bottle, or from a tissue with a few drops of the blend on it. Use to make a chest rub and massage oil in a 5% dilution in a vegetable carrier oil for treating all conditions above.

Use a few drops in an ultrasonic nebulizer to create a fresh, forest-like, clean, low-germ scentscape in the home and at work.

Also consider using Vir-Away and Microbe-X blends in a nebulizer. However, avoid using this Respiratory blend in an air-pump nebulizer as it contains a small amount of jojoba oil.

For external use only. Properly dilute all essential oils in lotion or vegetable carrier oil before massage or other topical use.
