Orthomol Natal Tablet is a carefully balanced combination of tablets and capsules designed to support the increased nutritional needs of pregnancy and breastfeeding. Each daily serving provides folic acid, which contributes to normal maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. The formulation includes DHA, an omega-3 fatty acid that contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the foetus and breastfed infant when consumed at an intake of 300 mg DHA per day. Iron supports the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, while iodine and selenium contribute to normal thyroid function.
The formula also supplies calcium, magnesium, zinc, vitamin D, vitamin B12, and folic acid, all of which have a role in the process of cell division. Soft, good material, I like the thickness. Does not feel cheap.You do have to put it in a dryer on really low to fluff it up. Check it after 20 minutes. Pull it out fluff it up and put it back in the dryer. Do not use hot heat. I also put it in a linen duvet.
