If you own a miter gauge – any miter gauge – you can turn it into a performance boosting miter sled in just a few seconds by simply docking it in place on top of this unique sled. The Incra® Miter Express is a sliding, miter-cutting platform that fully supports and controls your workpiece throughout the cut. Miter gauges drag your board across the table, a sled slides the workpiece giving more support and control creating better, more consistent cuts. The Miter Express is designed to let you instantly drop and lock your miter gauge into the sliding platform. Once docked, it stays put until you undock it to switch back to your regular miter gauge. The sled features a built in miter bar that is adjustable for zero side play tracking, so even if your old miter gauge is loose in the miter slot it becomes rock solid once it's locked into the Express. Other features include two embedded T-tracks to secure the included hold down clamp to anchor your workpiece, a locking drop panel that supports the offcut, and also provides zero clearance tear out control.

Specifications:
- Miter Slot Size: The miter bar's adjustment range accommodates actual slot widths between 0.740" and 0.762" and is designed for 3/4" wide x 3/8" deep square-sided miter slots, with or without a 15/16" T-slot at the bottom
- Miter Slot Spacing: The max distance between the miter slots is 14" center-to-center
- Table Size: For adequate support to the sides, the Miter Express needs a minimum of 8" measuring from the left-hand miter slot outward to the left edge of the saw table if the main sled will be to the left of the blade, or at least 8" from the right-hand miter slot to the outer right edge of the saw

Robert Monroe's Second Book on OBEs
Format: Paperback
In his second book, Robert Monroe continues to describe his personal experiences with Out-Of-Body travel. By the time he wrote this book, Mr. Monroe had traveled out-of-body so often that he is able to offer almost a "map" of the astral world and it's various levels and inhabitants. Mr. Monroe describes his fascinating encounters with a number of nonphysical beings, human and otherwise. He does not present himself as a religious person, but rather as a deeply curious individual in search of answers to questions as old as time. He attempts to make sense of what happens to us after we die and equally important, why we are here in the first place. The answers to these questions turn out to be complex and anyone looking for a simple explanation based on their own religious beliefs or upbringing may be disappointed, if not disturbed. Also, by this time, he had established much of his research techniques using hemi-sync, which he describes in some detail in the book.
This book is incredibly interesting and enlightening. My only complaint with the book is that Monroe often does not offer enough explanation or detail and left me with many unanswered questions. Each of Monroe's books is riveting on its own terms. However, I found that by reading the three books in order I was better able to follow Monroe's evolving understanding of the "other side".

One of the greatest books I’ve ever read
Format: Audiobook
I wish I could have met this man. I began having OBE’s about 8 years before I read the journeys trilogy. When he talked about the out of body simulations my head nearly popped off. I’ve had a few of those and never found them described in detail anywhere else. This is the greatest book and most profound trilogy on personal spiritual exploration and out of body travel ever written. Period. Such a gem and so incredible to be experienced outside the traditional contexts of yoga and meditation. A true original work. Thank you Bob. These 3 books changed my life and made me finally enquire “what is under the hood” in an OBE. What transports the astral body or consciousness from one dimension to another?
