Founded in May 1944 by three immigrant relatives, Rico Industries began manufacturing wallets from scrap leather. The second generation continued this tradition of hard work and excellent service as Rico became the top supplier of private label wallets to various major retailers in the U.S.A. Its reputation as a vendor led those customers to ask Rico to distribute other companies’ products, including many sports licensees – which Rico had also become in 1984 – continuing as the third generation began to operate the family business. Rico bought one of those other companies in 2000, Tag Express, improving on its delivery and service to become one of the top hardgood licensees for the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, and many colleges and universities. As the fourth generation joined the business, the company grew with two more acquisitions in 2009 – Big League Promotions and Tags By Design. In 2013 Rico launched its first brand, SPARO, starting with a line of fashionable sports-licensed watches. Dont wait! Assemble right away! Just in case you need to return it.

Ok, I like the idea of this but the assembly is frustrating. One side lined up perfectly with the holes however, the small bars that connect the screen to base is not lining up. I think it's do the fabric the screen or divider is made of. It's not stretchy. I brought this months ago and just opened it today. I'm upset and don't even think returning it is possible. If the material was a bit longer or stretchy to give a little room to work with this divider would be great. However, I'm not sure what I can use it for since I'm unable to attach it to the bottom. Beware! Don't wait like me. Tip for the manufacturer. Next time invest in Velcro dividers so the fabric can be adjusted with ease. Literally if I take the screen off the frame aligns perfectly. However, it defeats its purpose of privacy. I might buy some material myself and create a more flexible divider. Or I'll buy Velcro myself and attach to the bottom. I don't know yet.

Sturdy, Easy to Use, and Great for Privacy

This room divider is exactly what I needed! The metal frame feels very sturdy and stable, and the wider bases keep it from tipping over easily. The fabric provides great privacy and blocks light much better than expected. I also love how lightweight and foldable it is, making it easy to move around or store when not in use. Assembly was simple and only took a short time with the included instructions. Overall, it looks great, feels high quality, and works perfectly for creating a private space at home. Highly recommend!
