Installation Instructions — CRF50 Front Fender

1. Remove stock fender: unscrew the stock Tuttio Soleil 01 fender and keep the original screws (required for secure fitment).
2. Position CRF50 fender: align it with the mounting holes. Fender shape may require slight adjustment.
3. Washers & spacers: washers are provided. Always reuse the original screws from the bike. Add extra washers or spacers as needed for clearance and to prevent pinching wires or the brake line under the fender.
4. Wire & brake line: make sure the wiring harness and brake hose pass above or alongside the fender, never under tension. Zip-tie or clip wires to the fork, away from the tire.
5. Final check: turn the handlebars fully left and right — wires should not pull, pinch, or rub. Press down on the suspension to confirm brake hose clearance.

Important Notes

• This is a universal CRF50-style fender. Minor adjustments (spacing, etc.) may be required.
• Always check steering movement and suspension clearance after installation.
• WARNING: Improper installation may cause steering restriction or wire damage.
• Adult supervision is required — always ensure the fender is secure before a child rides.
