Grapes from the estate are hand-harvested with care and gently pressed. Fermentation occurs at 16°C in stainless steel tanks, using selected yeasts to preserve freshness and aromatic expression. The wine undergoes refinement for six months in stainless steel, followed by a further one to two months in bottle.
