建議服用方法 （成人）：

用餐30分鐘前用水或果汁一同服用最佳。

第一週每日1粒；第二週每日2粒；第三週每日3粒。可按需要增加至第六週的每日6粒，半年後減至平均每日2-3粒。

Recommended dosage for adults：

Week 1: Take one capsule a day, 30 minutes before food with water or juice (1 per day).

Week 2: Take one capsule twice a day (2 per day).

Week 3: Take one capsule three times a day (3 per day).

Can increase by one capsule per week up to a maximum of six capsules per day in week six.

Maintain six capsules per day for 6 months or longer, and then reduce to an average of 2 – 3 capsules per day.

Caution: Do not take capsules with hot beverages. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating mothers.
