The Festool Diamond Saw Blade LAMINATE/HPL DIA 168 x 1.8 x 20 F/FA28 is built for cutting extremely hard and abrasive materials that rapidly degrade standard carbide blades. Designed for Festool track saw systems, it delivers stable cutting behavior and clean edges across materials that demand extended wear resistance.
Polycrystalline diamond cutting edges combined with a trapezoidal triple‑chip tooth geometry distribute wear evenly and maintain cut quality over long service life. This design supports accurate cuts in laminate, HPL, CPL, fiber‑cement board, gypsum‑bonded panels and solid‑surface materials such as Corian®. Reduced blade wear minimizes interruptions caused by frequent blade changes during continuous work.
System‑matched engineering ensures predictable handling and consistent results when paired with compatible Festool saws. The result is longer blade life, controlled feed behavior and reliable performance in applications that quickly overwhelm conventional blades.
