As weight is added the coil spring compresses and lowers the load, and as items are removed it rises again, helping reduce bending and overreaching. It’s a practical add-on for environments where tubs are packed and unpacked regularly, including stores, warehouses, kitchens, laundries, and production areas where manual handling is part of the day-to-day.

The unit uses a mild steel base with a virgin HDPE deck to provide a stable platform under changing loads. The top plate measures 1290 × 710 × 12mm, with a base size of 720 × 389mm to suit the tub footprint. Spring tension is set to 50kg, providing consistent lift support for heavier contents and helping operators maintain a steadier working height as the tub weight changes. Raised height is 603mm and compressed height is 173mm to accommodate the full travel range under load.
