The pan can be used on most surfaces, such as oven's, BBQ's, wood fires, gas hobs, solid plate & induction hobs. Oven safe up to 230°C.
Easy to clean and maintain, we recommend not using a dishwasher for this item. Cast iron cookware should be hand washed with warm water and restored with natural oils. That means no soap or dishwasher use. The wooden board is wipe clean only.
The cast iron platter requires to be seasoned after each use to maintain the non-stick layer that builds up over time, this is what cast iron dining experience is famous for.
