Ingredients:  Shiitake mycelium extract (Lentinius edodes); Cordyceps extract (Chinese cordyceps, Cordyceps sinensis); Chaga-Inonotus Obliguus extract; Agaricus Blazei extract; Ganoderma Lucidum (Reishi) spores, capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).

Recommended daily intake:  3 capsules up to 2 times a day, preferably on an empty stomach, 20 minutes before eating. The contents of the capsule can also be consumed by pouring its contents into warm water or a meal.
