- Anchoring building facades to structural members such as concrete block.
- Repairing cracks in masonry walls.
- Securing brick veneers to backup materials.
Simpson Strong-Tie HELI372000A Installation Overview
- Drill pilot hole through the facade material and into the backup material to the specified embedment depth.
- Position the drive end of the Heli-Tie fastener in the installation tool and insert the tie into the pilot hole.
- Drive the tie using an SDS-plus rotohammer in hammer mode until countersunk below the surface.
- Patch the hole in the facade with matching masonry mortar.

Easy to install..comes with small magnetic leveler which made things even easier! Really nice for the price.
Only thing is other than sliding the wood onto the metal brace, there’s only 2 screws that screw wood onto brace so it makes for a slightly wobbly shelf on the brace… although I have 6 screws/anchors holding each brace into the wall so it’s technically quite solid…I’m a bit nervous to keep delicates on the shelves

Great Shelves! Drywall Anchors are the Bomb!
These shelves are very plain as I hoped they would be so as to not take away from the items displayed. The blue is true to the images so I was impressed by that. Word of knowledge: if you do not hit any studs, don’t use the mollies that came with them; use plastic drywall anchors! They work amazingly well!

Pretty shelves for small space

Good quality shelves and easy to install once I used my own stronger anchors and screws. The ones provided were too weak and made the shelf unstable. I had to patch several holes in my wall before installing them correctly. If they had provided better quality anchors I would have rated it 5 stars. Still very happy with my purchase.

Flimsy and doesn’t hold weight

Do not buy this. The frame this comes with is so small and flimsy. I didn’t even have anything on the shelves yet and they were falling off the wall. The wood is a beautiful color but the quality is awful.
I had different floating shelves on the same wall and I included a picture of the thick metal frame those came with, also from Amazon to show how flimsy this brand is.
