How to use

Pour a little oil into your hands and rub them together. Massage your baby for 5 - 10 minutes with slow, gentle rhythmic movements, concentrating on the chest, back and feet. Avoid the face and genital areas. You can increase the benefit by massaging after a bath (use a few drops of BabyNature Congestion Baby Bath Oil in the bath).

Note: Keep all products out of reach of children. Do not apply to irritated skin or if there is a skin rash.

Tip: Running a cool mist humidifier in your baby's room (safest because there are no hot parts on the machine) while they sleep can help loosen mucus. If you don't have a humidifier, run a hot shower and sit in the steamy bathroom for no more than 2 minutes at a time, multiple times per day.
