Non-medicinal ingredients: silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium stearyl fumarate, maltodextrin, gum Arabic. Capsule: hypromellose.
Caution:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking hormone containing medication such as progesterone preparations, oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy (HRT), antidepressant medication, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. May cause irritability and insomnia, in which case discontinue use. Nice but not great
Fits true to size. I ordered a small and it was a great fit. Could be a bit softer. Loved the style. Not too thin or not heavy, nice weight. This quality of the sweater was nice, however the buttons broke apart as I was styling the cardigan. Not happy to have to sew on small buttons to fit the small holes. It’s nice but I had to put too much effort into wearing it.
