Soft and spongy, lovely and warm, this stylish cropped jacket is made from Engel's unique pure organic merino wool fleece. With a collared neck and real tagua buttons at the front. Engel's thick fleece is dirt and water-repellant thanks to the lanolin concentration of the wool and regenerates through airing, so frequent washing is unnecessary. This article is certified by IVN-Best-guidelines, which means that it is produced by the strictest ecological and social standards in Germany.

This year, Engel added a pocket lining. It's from 100% organic cotton percale, percale fabric has a slight smooth sheen to it and it's strong to keep things in the pocket where they should be and add strength to stop the jacket from sagging when holding items like, I suspect, a heavy phone ;)

Care: Airing does wool wonders. Wool-fleece clothing should be washed by hand very gently in lukewarm water. Do not wring or rub it, because then it can become felted. See our Wool Care section for wool stain removers and no-rinse eco wool washes.
