BENE VOBIS ®  COLLAGEN  - VERISOL® F  provides in 1 serving (4100 mg) as much as 4000 mg of a special type of protein, which is an important structural element of the skin. Collagen peptides, also known as hydrolyzed collagen or collagen hydrolyzate, are a highly digestible protein produced from the connective tissue (skin and bones) of animals. It is produced by enzymatic treatment of ingredients rich in collagen. This processing leads to the breakdown of collagen proteins into smaller peptide molecules to make them better absorbed by the human body.

One of the main advantages of BENE VOBIS ® collagen   is its bioavailability (absorption rate) and high content of amino acids: glycine, proline, as well as a number of hydroxylated amino acids, such as hydroxyproline and hydroxylysine, which enable proteins to cross-link and create a stable collagen matrix.

BENE VOBIS ®  COLLAGEN  contains VERISOL ® F collagen peptides  with a molecular weight of 2000 Da  (Da is short for Daltons), this is a standard unit used to represent the mass of molecules such as proteins. The 2000 Da fraction has smaller particles and a lower molecular weight, and thus better BIOavailability compared to other proteins. Studies show that collagen peptides have better bioavailability in the human body than gelatin, due to the difference in molecular size. The molecular weight of gelatin, depending on the raw material and production process, can range from 20,000 to 260,000 Da.
