MAXIM INTEGRATED PRODUCTS MAX603CSA+ Fixed LDO Voltage Regulator, 2.7V-11.5V in, 320mV Dropout, 5V/500mA out, NSOIC-8The MAX603CSA+ is a 5V or adjustable, low dropout, low IQ, 500mA linear regulator in 8 pin NSOIC package. The typical dropout of 320mV at 500mA(5V), quiescent currents are 15A typ and 35A max. Shutdown turns off all circuitry and puts the regulator in a 2A off mode. A unique protection scheme limits reverse currents when input voltage falls below output. Other features include foldback current limiting and thermal overload protection. The output is
