INGREDIENTS
Each capsule contains: Milk Thistle Extract (Silybum marianum) (Fruit and Seeds) 150mg (Standardized to contain 80% Silymarin Flavonoids), Turmeric (Curcuma longa) (Rhizome) 350mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule(hypromellose, water), White Rice Flour, Stearic Acid (vegetable source).

DIRECTIONS & NOTES
Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 2-3 times daily. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.
