New Snap-In Lid Design: The innovative snap-in lid design simplifies installation and inspection, requiring no screws to secure the lid. The lid is easy to remove and features a protective silicone edge trim that blocks unwanted, power-sapping engine heat. Each kit includes a massive, highly efficient air filter available in 8-layer Cotton Cleanable or Dry Extendable media, delivering superior filtration and engine protection (Patent Pending).
Premium Silicone Components: S&B’s commitment to quality is evident in its use of premium silicone for the air filter, coupler, lid seal, and box plug. Silicone withstands high temperatures—up to 400°F—without cracking or tearing, ensuring durability and a reliable, lasting seal.
