The Zanmai "Supreme Hammered" series is known for its extremely refined polish including a mirror-polished 33 layer Damascus with Tsuchime finish, and a luxury handle made out pressed and laminated red Pakkawood with a phenol resin coating for superb handling and robustness. The mirror tsuchime adds a tiny bit of thickness to the spine, but the grind tapers aggressively providing thinness behind the edge. The densely pressed laminated handle counters the slight increase of weight, providing superb weight balance. The signature Zanmai fit and finish can be seen all over this knife, from beautiful mother of pearl inlay to the luxurious handle, from the finely polished spine and choil to the stunning mirror-finished tsuchime pattern. This petty knife is suited for those who prefer premium finishes, slightly heavier weight and uncompromised cutting smoothness.

    About Mcusta Zanmai 三昧

Mcusta Zanmai is based in Seki City of Japan, a town with over 800 years of swordsmithing history. While embracing Seki's blade-making traditions, Zanmai is also bringing innovative technologies such as CNC machine and laser cutting into the workshop, making the brand a rare and seamless integration of craftsman traditions and modern technologies. Zanmai knives have unique handles that not only pay homage to traditional Wa handle design, but also bringing innovations such as high temperature compressed layers of natural Pakkawood to create polished and strong handles. Zanmai's laser cutting of VG10 steel produces high precision finish on monosteel blades. Mcusta craftsmen finish each knife on Japanese Waterstones to give their knives refined looks.

    Care:

Wash and dry with a soft sponge, and safely store after use. Avoid cutting into bones, frozen foods, hard fruit pits.

    Cutting Surface:

Wood, rubberized boards and high-end composites, and quality plastics such as polyethylene make acceptable cutting surfaces, and will help protect and prolong knife’s edge. AVOID glass, metal, countertops, and other rigid, non-forgiving surfaces.

    Sharpening:

We recommend sharpening all quality Japanese knives on whetstones, as we believe they yield the best results for your knives.

Finally a ball my power chewers cannot destroy
    Size: Medium
I have two dogs, an American Bully and an American Pit Bull Terrier, and both of them love to chew. Most balls last a very short time around here before they are shredded or missing big chunks. This one has actually held up. They chase it, tug on it and sit and chew on it, and it is still in one piece with no pieces breaking off. One of my favorite things is being able to put food inside. I add some kibble or small snacks, and they will happily sit and work on it for a long time. It keeps them busy, gives them something safe to chew, and they get a little reward while they play. When they are done, I just rinse it out and it is ready to go again. If you have strong jawed dogs that usually destroy toys, this ball is worth trying. Mine really enjoy it and I feel better knowing they finally have a ball that can keep up with them.

    My dog LOVES this ball
    Size: Medium, Size: Medium
Does your dog destroy tennis balls in seconds? Yes? Then your dog NEEDS this ball! It's squishy like a tennis ball, fits in ball launchers (even the cheap ones) and bounces when it hits the ground. My dog has been literally playing with this ball all day and not a single mark on it! The only bad thing is that it does not float. Definitely worth the money! Put it in your cart!

    Perfect for ball demolishers
    Size: Medium
The dogs love the chuck it brand. I don’t know what it’s made of but they go crazy over them. Will not play with another ball. Wonder if it’s “laced” with an addictive scent. Have pits. Very durable. Not able to chew to pieces. Last for about 6 months before there is a small break. I keep a back up because when the ball goes missing the house is in chaos. 😆 🤪

    Chuckit medium rebound balls
    Size: Medium
My 8 month old German shepherd dog loves these balls. They are easy to throw, they bounce great, they are very chewable! She keeps one in her mouth most of the time. It satisfies her need to chew and she does not chew other things. She drops it in the water and lets the hole fill up and drinks that way. The only problem that has caused is suction in her mouth and difficulty in dislodging it for her. However, she would be lost without it!
